1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the tag seal intact.
• Products with broken tags or seals are non-returnable.
• Personalized, custom-made, or final sale products are non-returnable, unless due to a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Provide your Order Number, product details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
5. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
6. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with the tag seal intact and send it to the provided return address.

3. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
• To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect or damage.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
