• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons or special sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable shipping options across India:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are ₹80, or free on orders above ₹1500.
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 business days. Shipping charges are ₹120.

Delivery time is counted from the date of dispatch.

• Aadi Shuddh, operated by Vishuddha Nirgranth Private Limited, is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Areas

• We currently ship to all locations within India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
• Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹1500.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
• You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
